ODP - Organizational Development Project

I have developed a model to identify and explain how US Olympic National Governing Bodies function at peak performance.

In addition, I am finalizing a tool that measures various facets of organizational capacity -- which loosely defined, is an organization's ability to set and achieve goals.

I graduate in May 2021 and will enjoy vetting this instrument to help national sport organizations improve their organizational performance.

Runners Taking Off

RaceWorks

Performance. Precision. Professionalism.

RaceWorks was a collaborative family effort between my husband and I to build and field a Honda Civic in IMSA's Continental Tire series. We used our team as an internship site for students at Belmont Abbey College Motorsport Management Program to gain real-world experience. We had fun building and running this arrive-and-drive hospitality race team.

Belmont Abbey College Motorsport Management Program

This unique, one-of-a-kind program began in 2006 as a small concentration of three classes.  I was brought on-board in 2012 to expand the program into a complete, academically accredited major.  I designed, implemented, and oversaw the program and internship placements, which at the time of my departure had grown to enjoy a 90+% retention rate, and had an 80-100% placement rate of students into the motorsport industry within 6 months of graduation.
